Абстракт: Ендодонтската дисциплина третира патологията на зъбната пулпа и свързаните с нея тъкани и структури. Теоретичната постановка, върху която тя се разполага, търпи промени и развитие. Те са свързани основно с познанията, които придобиваме за процесите, които протичат в тъканите на клетъчно и субклетъчно ниво. В клинично отношение наблюдаваме подобен иновативен ход. Той обхваща всеки етап от лечебния процес. Конусно – лъчевата томография и изкуствения интелект ни позволяват да прецизираме диагнозата. Работата под увеличение и инструментариума, с който разполагаме, създава предпоставки за положителен изход от терапията в много висок процент от случаите на ендодонтска патология.
Няколко важни за ендодонтското лечение аспекта остават константни и представляват препятствие към успешната терапия. Те са детерминирани от една страна от анатомичните, физиологичните и патофизиологичните особености на зъбната пулпа и ендодонтското пространство, а от друга от реакцията на тъканите към конкретната терапия.
В презентацията ще бъдат разгледани клинични случаи от практиката на лектора, които в една или друга степен се отличават по степен на комплицираност. Акцентът ще бъде насочен към клиничната част на лечението и конкретните действия, необходими за решаване на съответния ендодонтски казус.
